WordPress is a powerful platform – but sometimes, you’re caught in a fix and don’t know where to turn. It’s an errant plugin, a theme you need, contact forms – we’re very experienced in making WordPress do some pretty interesting things.
More and more people have been coming to us, beyond our core “full development” work, to help out here or there. So we’ve created the WordPress Technical Help Program.
This is designed for someone who has a personal or small business blog and is up a creek or need improvements. Some of this work, admittedly, can be done yourself – but you can also make your own ice cream. Most don’t. Do you? (if you do make ice cream, can you send us some?)
Examples of what WordPress help we offer with this program:
Headers – Messed up layouts – Need plugins, or recommendations and setup – Facebook integration – Twitter integration – Custom themes – improved SEO – simple installation - Basically, anything technical or light design.
You can buy 1, 2, or 4 hours of our services to help out your blog. This is specifically for WordPress support. If you need full services, requiring more than four hours at a time, including consulting, hosting, podcasting, live video, website overhaul, social media help, email marketing, etc. you may want to take a look at our other offerings.
We bill (or deduct) in 15 minute increments after the first hour. We offer a 10% prepayment discount. Because of the specific nature of this work, we’re able to offer a 30% discount off of our standard rates!
One (1) hour: $39
Two (2) hours: $69
Four (4) hours: $129
Turnaround time is usually 3 business days (Monday through Friday), but may be faster. If you require rush service, enter “Rush” in the form below. We may adhere a rush charge or regular production rates for rush service.
You can buy them now, or when you need it. Include your information so we can include you in the system and confirm you.
