  1. I just learned this a couple of days ago and couldn’t really put it into practice.

    With the newsletters as with donors you have a certain list of people that are in favor of your organization. I think this is a great way to link to link to your fan pages and your Twitter ID.

    You then change some of the conversation from one directional to two in a matter of time. IF you still have their attention from that point on.
