Atop the heart of downtown Detroit, Portage Media Solutions has a studio designed for your audio podcasting needs. Unlike other studios out there, ours is designed for conversation - much more akin to a studio at a radio station instead of what the majority of recording spaces are, which are geared for music.
We feel this conversational layout is extremely key to the content - after all, we specialize in conversational media and you can’t have a conversation standing uncomfortably in a booth.
The podcast studio also has full phone patch compatibility, so we can conduct multi-person interviews and conference calls, as well as handle up to five guests live and in-person.
We use state of the art microphones and recording equipment to get the best sound, and then sweeten it in post production to ensure a golden sound.
Recording isn’t all - quality music is key as well. We have agreements with some of the best royalty music houses in the world to get high-fidelity background and show music with rights clearances that actually work for clients. No junky sounding or cheesy music here.
